Peter Perisin served as our buyers’ agent but he was also the agent for the seller. At first we wondered whether he could represent us fairly and strongly since he was a dual agent. Our concerns were unwarranted. When it came to price, he went to bat for us. When the inspection revealed that various repairs were needed, he made sure that every one was completed. When the seller became concerned about delays in the sale of our home (we purchased on contingency), Peter communicated with the seller in detail and calmed the waters. Throughout the process, he was extremely responsive, even outside of office hours, and addressed issues with clarity and concern. We were out of state buyers so Peter became our eyes at the property.
